Lowell Joint School District

If you are interested in submitting an Interdistrict Transfer Permit for review, please print out the form, one per student.  You can mail it via USPS to our district office with "Attention- Transfers", email it to jallen@ljsd.org or deliver it to our district office.  The district office is open Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 12:00pm and 1:00pm - 4:00pm.  If you are submitting the permit on the grounds of child care or employment, please also print and fill out the Child Care/Employment Verification Form and attach any necessary supporting documents. We start accepting interdistrict transfer permits for the new school year, the first week of February. If you have any questions regarding the transfer process, please email jallen@ljsd.org

 

Si usted desea enviar un permiso de transferencia inter-distrital para su revisión, por favor imprima la forma y llene una  por cada uno  de sus hijos y envielas por correo, ya sea por servicio UPS o directamente a la oficina del distrito con atención a: " Transferencias "(TRANSFERS) . La oficina del distrito esta abierta durante el verano, de Lunes a Jueves de 8am a 12 pm y 1pm a 4pm. Si usted está enviando una forma por cuidado de ninos (guarderia) o por su lugar de trabajo, también imprima la forma llamada" CHILD CARE/EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION (Cuidado de Niños/Verificación de Empleo) e incluya toda la documentación pertinente. Comenzamos a aceptar permisos de transferencia entre distritos para el nuevo año escolar, la primera semana de febrero".
